Stephens Kozak ACI Architects and Planners (SK-ACI) is uniquely qualified in police facility planning and design having completed over 45 law enforcement projects to date. Key personnel on projects (the partners) have a vested interest in maintaining the company reputation for a collaborative team approach and timely service to our clients.
The SK ACI team has substantial bench strength with senior architect principals who are experienced in law enforcement facilities and capable of leading consultant teams throughout the entire design and construction process. Key personnel of the firm have supplemented their knowledge of law enforcement facility design and planning by obtaining specific training through the RCMP, the International Association of Law Enforcement Planners (IALEP), the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design International (CPTED) and the International Association for Property and Evidence. Two of the principals, Victor Kozak and Garry Stephens have been fully involved in all the police projects completed to date as Design and/or Project Architects. Tony Brammar has supplemented that expertise on Ft. McMurray Timberlea RCMP Detachment, the Red Deer Downtown Detachment and the Edmonton Police Service Southwest Division Station.
